Being one of the leading money remittance companies in East Africa, Amal Express provides essential financial transactions to individuals and business customers   wherever there are segments of the population without access to banking services or where effective formal financial institutions are absent. It also invests in trade and development activities and helps create direct and indirect employment opportunities for thousands of people inside and outside East Africa.

Environment

Amal Express is committed to the preservation of the natural environment in the countries where it operates. For example, recently in 2011, we supported a Greening Program in Puntland, Somalia involving the planting of 5,000 trees in an area subject to desertification.

Social

Our company has social conscience and a charitable heart. We contribute to relief operations aimed at mitigating the impact of natural and man-made emergencies and disasters. Most importantly, we participate the community needs by giving them the annual Zakat of the company.
