Board of Directors
The affairs of the company are directed and supervised by a Board of directors consisting of its founders who are responsible for setting company policies and procedures and supervise the performance of its operations. Principally, the Directors are not involved in the day-to-day management of the company but supervise its affairs through an executive management, which is headed by a Chief Executive Officer. The Board recognizes the importance of operating under sound structures, systems and processes in compliance with relevant regulations, leading to stronger corporate governance and financial stability of the company.
Management Team
The Board of Directors is responsible for the company’s management and policy development. However, they have chosen to delegate their responsibility for the day-to-day running of company affairs to a suitably qualified management team. This management is headed by a chief executive Officer and includes branch managers and accounting and IT heads of sections.
The company in the process of modernizing and streamlining its management through the utilization of high-tech and know-how with the view of providing excellent services to its clients and adequate return for its investors.
