It also invests in trade and development activities and helps create direct and indirect employment opportunities for thousands of people inside and outside East Africa.

Environment

Amal Express is committed to the preservation of the natural environment in the countries where it operates. For example, recently in 2011, we supported a Greening Program in Puntland, Somalia involving the planting of 5,000 trees in an area subject to desertification.

Social

Our company has social conscience and a charitable heart. We contribute to relief operations aimed at mitigating the impact of natural and man-made emergencies and disasters. Most importantly, we participate the community needs by giving them the annual Zakat of the company.

Al Amal Commercial Brokerage is a money remittance company incorporated in Uganda, East Africa. It works through a worldwide network of associate companies and agencies. Having pooled their financial and human resources, the founders succeeded in creating a company with a solid capital and management base putting the company in the lead of the money remittance business in East Africa.

All company branches and agencies are legally registered and/or licensed and have extensive operations in most of the countries where we operate including Africa, Middle East, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
